Baby Mathison: March 2014

Photographing a newborn in a hospital has been one of my dreams for a while now...and I had the privilege of photographing my newest Nephew! LOVE HIM! Can't wait to snuggle him some more...I didn't really get the chance to do it much at the hospital, between my husband and three year old who didn't want to share and this one wanting to eat. :) I think next time I'll go by myself! :) Is that too selfish of me?! HA     ENJOY

Bonnie Newborn: March 2014

This sweet little girl did NOT want to sleep for me ONE minute, maybe it's because her favorite Aunt Rachelle was there and she didn't want to miss any of it....HA
...or maybe it was because she is a newborn and newborns don't always do what we want them to do...especially at night when you're a new mom and all you want is for your sweet baby whom you love with all your heart to SLEEP so you too could get some sleep! :)
But don't worry all you first time moms, as my Grandma Adams would say, things come to pass not to stay! Before you know it your sweet baby will be one, and sleeping through the night like a CHAMP! :) ...and you'll still be tired because that little one is now more energetic than EVER...and you get completely exhausted.
So enjoy the sweet pictures you capture of them as precious newborns, they change all too quickly, and you'll be so grateful for all those pictures you've taken!
Enjoy these sweet pictures of ONE of my newest nieces....last year at this time I had ONE niece, now I have FOUR going on FIVE! LOVE being an Aunt!

I always say this but I absolutely LOVE Maternity Sessions! By FAR my favorite sessions to photograph. There is just something about pregnant bellies, maybe it's the fact that there is a VERY precious baby inside, or my desire to be pregnant again, either way...Pregnancy is BEAUTIFUL! I enjoy photographing this family every time I have the opportunity to!
Thanks again Michael and Misty. You have a BEAUTIFUL family and I can NOT wait to meet your sweet little girl next month!

I took this cute couples engagements pictures last summer, and she went ahead and booked me for her WEDDING DAY, June 8, 2013! Being as she was the FIRST wedding for me to book I was all kinds or nervous, anxious and excited! 

She was a BEAUTIFUL bride and her day turned out to be just wonderful! 

I'm so grateful for the opportunity I had to help her capture her special day!

Thank you Tiffany, and CONGRATULATIONS! I'm SO happy for you two! 

A picture Tiffany wanted to do....Have the girls pose like they think the guys would, and the guys pose as they think the girls would pose! (The guys conversation for WHY they were posing they way they were posing was HILARIOUS!...I guess the reason girls put a hand on their hip is to help hold in our "fat"....yep I learned something new!)

The emotion that her FATHER showed when he first saw his "baby girl" in her wedding dress was BEAUTIFUL! I was so glad I was able to capture it!

Brandon really did NOT want to see his BRIDE before the wedding but we wanted to get a few shots of them beforehand!

Leeper Family: May 2013

I absolutely LOVE photographing this cute little family! Their kids are so polite and well behaved! Sure makes my "job" easy! :) I'm looking forward to photographing their littlest one this month for is ONE year photos! Such a cutie!
